Key Features

Vibration Reduction Technology

Samsung's advanced VRT system uses multiple sensors and counter-balancing technology to reduce vibration by up to 40% compared to conventional washers.

EcoBubble™ Technology

Creates powerful bubbles that penetrate fabrics quickly, providing effective cleaning at lower temperatures while being gentle on clothes.

Self Clean+

Automatically cleans the drum and removes residue, helping to prevent mold and mildew buildup for cleaner washing performance.

AddWash™ Door

Allows you to add forgotten items mid-cycle through the small secondary door without stopping the wash.

Smart Care

Automatically diagnoses issues and provides troubleshooting guidance through the Smart Care app.

Super Speed

Washes a full load in just 36 minutes while maintaining excellent cleaning performance through optimized wash motions.

VRT Technology Explained

Vibration Sensors

Multiple sensors detect imbalance and adjust drum rotation accordingly

Digital Inverter Motor

Provides precise control over drum movements for optimal balance

Counter Balance System

Advanced counterweights automatically adjust to load distribution

Shock Absorbers

Heavy-duty shock absorbers dampen vibrations during spin cycles

Stabilizer Rings

Specialized rings help maintain drum stability at high speeds

Auto Balance

Automatically redistributes load if imbalance is detected

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Excessive vibration Unbalanced load, improper leveling, VRT system fault Redistribute load, re-level machine, run VRT calibration
Machine won't start Power issue, door switch failure, control board error Check power supply, test door switch, reset control board
Water not filling Water valve failure, pressure switch issue, clogged filter Test water valves, check pressure switch, clean inlet filters
Water not draining Drain pump failure, clogged drain hose, drain filter blockage Test drain pump, check hose for obstructions, clean filter
Error codes displayed Sensor failure, motor issues, communication errors Diagnose specific error code, check sensors and wiring
Unusual noises Bearing wear, foreign objects, motor issues Inspect drum bearings, check for objects, test motor

Error Codes

  • 1E / 2E / 3E: Water supply issues - Check water valves and pressure
  • 4E / 5E: Drain issues - Check drain pump and hose
  • 9E1: Motor issues - Check motor and control board
  • dE / tE: Door lock issues - Check door switch and lock mechanism
  • UE: Unbalanced load - Redistribute clothes and restart
  • OE: Overflow detected - Check water level sensor
