Installation Guide

Service Tools Required:

  • Multimeter
  • Torx screwdriver set
  • Hex key set
  • Nut drivers

Service Installation Procedure

  1. Unit Placement: Ensure proper clearance for service access - minimum 4 inches on all sides for maintenance.
  2. Remove Transport Materials: Remove all shipping bolts and transit brackets from both washer and dryer sections.
  3. Water Connection Check: Verify water inlet valve connections and pressure (20-116 psi).
  4. Drain System Setup: Install drain hose with proper height (minimum 24 inches) to prevent siphoning.
  5. Electrical Verification: Confirm 120V, 60Hz dedicated circuit with proper grounding. Test voltage stability.
  6. Leveling Procedure: Adjust front leveling feet to ensure unit is level within 1 degree.
  7. Diagnostic Test Run: Execute service test mode to verify all functions and check for error codes.
